You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Finance Committee to be held in the Winsford Town Council Council Chamber, Second Floor, Wyvern House, The Drumber CW7 1AH on Monday 19th November 2018 at 6.30pm.

Members must provide apologies to the Town Clerk before 5.00pm on the day of the meeting, together with reasons for their absence.
Members to declare any interest under the following categories:
Schedule ‘B’ lists payments made since the last meeting
Schedule ‘C’ lists accounts for approval at this meeting
Schedule ‘D’ lists supplementary accounts for approval (to follow)
Financial probity recommends monthly reconciliation of the Town Council’s accounts. (‘E’ – to follow)
Members will recall that it was agreed at the last meeting of the Committee that a budget seminar will be held to consider, in detail, the proposals for the Council’s 2018/19 budget. It is proposed that the seminar is held on Wednesday 5th December 2018 between 5pm and 6pm in the Town Council Chamber.
RECOMMENDATION: The Finance Committee is recommended to agree the proposal for the budget seminar set out above.
To approve or otherwise the minutes of the meetings of the Grants Sub Committee held on 10th October 2018 (‘F’).
