Keen gardeners will be pleased to know we still have allotments at Moss Bank. There is a four acre site with 39 plots available for rent at approx, £15/year.
There
are no vacancies at present but you can put your name on the waiting list.
The Council has now started a community allotments project.

In its budget provision for 2006/07 Winsford Town Council agreed to pay the fee for each senior/disabled railcard issued to Winsford residents.

Town Council Office
School Milk
Winsford has provided
school milk for infants since 1985. The Town Council has a budget of £30k
towards this with an EU grant of £15k. further details from the
Town Clerk or from the School Milk Web site.
Milk with added flouride is available at parents request.
Christmas Lights
The council has provided Christmas lights on the High Street for a number of years. We now work in partnership with the Cheshire County Council, and Vale Royal and are able to light all of the High Street during the Christmas and
New Year period.
