5. ACCOUNTS FOR APPROVAL
Schedule (‘B’) lists payments made since the last meeting
Schedule (‘C’) lists accounts for approval at this meeting
Schedule (‘D’) lists supplementary accounts for approval (to follow)
6. BANK ACCOUNT MONTHLY RECONCILIATION STATEMENTS
Financial probity recommends regular reconciliation of the Town Council’s accounts. (‘E’)
7. FINANCIAL REGULATIONS 2017/18
The Council’s Financial Regulations must be reviewed and amended (if necessary) on a regular basis. The latest version of the Regulations is attached for consideration by the Finance Committee. (‘F’)
RECOMMENDED: Members note the attached Regulations and APPROVE the Regulations.
